Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. ALL SALES POLICY

All tickets, session bookings, party reservations, and event bookings are non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

2. STANDARD VR SESSIONS (INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUPS)

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Eligible bookings may be rescheduled once or issued a store credit (no cash refunds).
Requests made within 24 hours of the booking time are not eligible for refund, reschedule, or credit.
No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

3. PARTIES, GROUP EVENTS & CORPORATE BOOKINGS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all group, party, or private event bookings.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may receive store credit only.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to arrive or late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or credits.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in reduced play time to maintain schedule flow.
No refunds or credits are issued for reduced play time due to late arrival.

5. OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS

VRNexGEN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

Equipment malfunction
Safety concerns
Power outages
Staff availability
Unforeseen or force majeure events

In such cases, guests will receive the option of:

A reschedule, or
Store credit (no cash refunds)

6. MEDICAL & PERSONAL EMERGENCIES

Medical or personal emergencies are handled at management discretion. Documentation may be requested. Approval is not guaranteed.

7. WEATHER POLICY

VRNexGEN operates indoors. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations unless VRNexGEN closes operations.

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACKS

Guests agree to contact VRNexGEN directly to resolve booking issues. Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in future booking restrictions.

9. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking a session or event at VRNexGEN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
