🎮 VR Gameplay Rules (Party Packages)

👥 Group & Arena Rules

• VR games are played in groups of 4 players per arena
  
• Groups of 8 or more players may be split into two VR arenas
  
• For parties with more than 8 players, guests will be divided into groups of 4 and may play different games
  
• Group assignments are managed by staff to ensure smooth gameplay

🎮 VR Gaming Age & Headset Fit Requirements

• Minimum age: 8 years and up to participate in VR gameplay
• Players must be able to properly and comfortably wear the VR headset
  
• Headset fit requirements may vary by game and equipment
• Age and headset fit restrictions are enforced to ensure a safe and enjoyable VR experience
  
  
• Staff will determine player eligibility based on proper headset fit and safety guidelines
  

🛡️ Safety Rules

• All players must follow staff instructions at all times
  
• VR headsets and equipment must be worn properly
• No running, pushing, or rough play in VR areas
• Food and drinks are not allowed in VR gaming areas
• Staff may remove any player who is unsafe or disruptive without refund

🍕 Party Package Food Policy & Rules

✅ What’s Allowed

• Guests may bring their own food, cake, and party supplies
  
• Outside food is allowed only during the reserved party room time
  
• Non-alcoholic drinks only (juice boxes, water bottles, etc.)
• Food and drinks are strictly limited to party rooms
  

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

• No alcohol (strictly prohibited)
• No open flames (chafing dishes or candles, except cake candles)
• No cooking or reheating on-site
• No strong-smelling foods (fish, curry-heavy dishes, etc.)
• No food or drinks inside VR gaming areas or open spaces
• No push pins, nails, tape, or adhesives on party room walls

🧹 Cleanup Rules

Guests are responsible for:

• Removing all leftover food
• Packing food boxes, trays, and decorations
• Placing trash in provided bins
• Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee (typically $50–$100).
